유어앰프에서 대여 중인 버스킹 앰프는 조작법이 간단 하며 대여 시 조작법을 설명 드리거나 무인으로 대여 시 어렵지 않게 장비 사용하실 수 있도록 안내 드리고 있습니다. 연결할 케이블 최대 3~4개 정도로 관련 지식이 전무 하더라도 어렵지 않게 초기 셋팅 직접하실 수 있습니다.
안내 | 앰프 배송 후 설치 해주시나요?
유어앰프의 배송 규정은 차량으로 진입 가능한 곳 까지의 배송을 의미 합니다. 다만 고객분들의 편의를 위해 최대한 장비를 운반 후 설치 도와드리려 노력 하고 있습니다. 다만 이는 필수 사항은 아닙니다.
배송 | 배송 신청은 어느 지역까지 가능한가요?
유어앰프의 배송은 서울/경기/인천 권 까지 가능하며 그 이상의 지역은 불가 합니다. 서울 지역의 배송 요금은 배송 서비스 란에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.
배송 | 배송 시간을 지정할 수 있나요?
배송 시간은 지정 시간으로 부터 앞뒤로 +-30분의 편차 존재 합니다. 배송 일정 전 협의 드려 시간 조율 하나 편차 발생을 반드시 인지 부탁 드립니다.
환불 | 환불 정책은 어떻게 되나요?
유어앰프의 환불 규정은 3일 이전 취소 요청 시 100% 환불, 2일 이전 50%, 1일 이전 불가 입니다. 다만 위 기간과 관계 없이 예약 후 2시간 이내는 조건 없이 취소 가능하며 환불은 영업 시간 이내에만 처리 될 수 있습니다. 영업 외 시간 환불 요청 있더라도 익일 영업시간에 처리 될 수 있다면 요청 시간과 상관 없이 실제 환불 일자에 근거하여 환불 규정 적용 됩니다.
연기 | 연기 처리 할 수 있나요?
유어앰프의 연기 규정은 우천 시에만 가능 하며 우천 여부/강수량과 관계 없이 예보상 서울 일부 지역에 우천 예보가 있다면 45일 이내 재사용으로 연기 해드립니다.
